It’s coming! December I mean. The holidays are here and so is the stress!

Let’s make a commitment to ourselves to take care of our bodies and minds. This will keep us sane and enjoying the moments and memories we are making.

Here are a few tips to decompress

Read a good cozy book

Drink warm tea

Stretch with relaxing yoga

Get a massage or healing session

Make playtime a priority

Take a nice nourishing bath

We have two events coming up next weekend and are scheduling our healing sessions, classes and workshops for the month.
