Hi, Reckless ones

Two more albums for you lucky people this week. As promised, and inspired by a marvellous photoshop by master craftsman Captain Howdy, is a Bob Dylan classic getting a Reckless sciffy treatment - The Freewheelin' Doctor Who. Taught me a lot about the Doctor and a little bit more about Dylan doing this one, so well worth the training course. I also plonked up a track on the front page from it - Doctor Who's Dream - as a taster.

Thought I'd better improve my promotional skills too, so I posted a track from the Watt Watt Watt album, Just Waiting For Godot, while I was... er waiting. It was also a 20 year anniversary for Girls Aloud this week, therefore I just had to repost Some Girls Assume.

Those pesky royals were busy not being racist again this week, so up went We're Not A Racist Family again.

The second album of the week is a full on affectionate parody of Richard Hell and the Void-Oids iconic classic, Blank Generation, skewered for topicality by Rishi Hell And The Tabloids. Unfortunately this entailed renaming the opening track 'Gove Comes In Spurts.' I can only apologise, but it was unavoidable.

Finally, the Tripe Marketing Board phoned me up this week to ask if I could help promote their sterling work in sticking it to Jeff Bezos by getting people to buy their book, Forgotten Yorkshire, at 99p while the offer lasts, cos it means they still get their full share of the original price which they are donating to food banks across the land. A brilliant win win idea. You can do your bit by getting your copies here. I did them a song - This Tripe Train for good measure.
