My daughter and the Food Bank

My daughter, Alexandra, began work at the Kitchener Food Bank just before mandates, became a way of life.

She loves the work and her colleagues, as she feels the food bank contributes in a positive way to the local community.

Alex says the homeless and those without food is growing faster than the Food Bank can keep up. She shared some information i found quite shocking as more and more Canadians need food!

The Kitchener food bank is a major distribution center for SW Ontario, with 2 drive in freezers and coolers.

6500, people/families are on the wait list for affordable housing,

35,000 people had to access Kitchener food bank in the last year.

42,000+ people had to access the House of Friendship in the last year. An agency Kitchener food bank support (Alex volunteered with them at one of their homeless shelters) they help those in need of food and housing and other resources.

About 1085 of those people are homeless!

Many people who own homes now rely on the food bank as they do not have enough money to pay mortgage and eat.

University students now use the food bank, as they do not have the money to pay bills and eat.

People in hi-end cars come in for food, one man says he sleeps in his now.

Sobeys and Loblaws are the largest food donators. When she started at the food bank, they would receive 8+ watermelon size crates of food each day, this has dropped to 3 crates a day as the grocers claim due to higher food prices, people are buying less so they are ordering/selling less food.

Last year the Kitchener food bank bought $700K of food, in 2023 they are budgeting for $1M.

Many of the best volunteers are unable to volunteer, as mask and vax ‘restrictions’ persist, which alienates many volunteers. [this week FRN has article with evidence to prove masks are toxic, but this is very old news!]

I do not know if the homeless/food situation is similar in other parts of Canada however from what Alex is telling me it is only getting worse.

Prior to the food bank Alex worked in a homeless shelter in KWC. Each morning they would kick the homeless men back on to the streets where they spend the entire day wandering, so now over 1000 homeless, wander the region until they line up early to hopefully get into the shelter again.

Apparently today social workers spend the day walking the streets to check on those who have passed out, to ensure they are alive.

Oh Canada, WHO stands on guard for thee?

Happy sales,
dp

It seems to me, that at some stage, we should all receive some sort of honours degree. After all, for the past few years we’ve had to become quasi experts on a myriad of topics.

We’ve learned about viruses, pathogens, parasites, cells, vaccines, drugs, nano technology, blood clots, immunity in general, bioweapons, DNA modification, mRNA technologies, gain of function, food additives, water, weather modification techniques, chemtrails, geoengineering, riot control, common law, the ‘strawman’ concept, the hidden meaning of words, the fraudulent nature of the financial system, banksters, fraudsters, secret societies, cults, satanism, rituals, pedophilia, the abortion industry, human trafficking, organ trafficking, border control, immigration, false flag events, crisis actors, wars for profit, corruption beyond belief, control systems, surveillance, censorship, electoral processes, CBDCs, cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, fractional reserve banking, gold, silver, Big Tech, Big Pharma, the many executive branches of evil: WEF, IMF, IBS, UN, EU, WHO, Trilateral Commision, Council of Foreign Relations, The Tavistock Institute, The Bilderberg Group, Club of Rome, Committee of 300, Jesuits, Zionists, Masons…. As well as religion, spirituality, healing, meditation, the pineal gland, shadow work, vibration, frequency, ascension, transcendance, morality, principles, righteousness, values, family, friendhip, love…

I think we deserve to congratulate ourselves for going through this intense, painful, shocking, exciting, unbelievable, sobering, enlightening course in truth and reality.

When is the graduation ceremony? 😁

Well done everyone! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Degradative Effect of Nattokinase on Spike Protein of SARS-CoV-2Graph

https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/27/17/5405/htm

4. Conclusions
In this study, we demonstrated that nattokinase, a serine protease, degrades the S protein of SARS-CoV-2. To investigate whether nattokinase contained in natto extract could inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection, we analyzed S protein degradation by mixing the S protein expression cell lysate and nattokinase in a dose- and time-dependent manner. The RBD of the S protein binds to the membrane-distal portion of the ACE2 protein. Natto extract has been reported to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection in Vero E6 cells via RBD degradation [16]. We demonstrated that S protein degradation by nattokinase was blocked by heat or protein-inhibitor treatments. Our data suggest that the protease activity of nattokinase plays a crucial role in S protein degradation. Taken together, these findings support the notion that the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 infection by natto extract was due to S protein degradation by nattokinase. Thus, our data indicated that nattokinase and natto extracts have potential effects on the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 host cell entry via S protein degradation.

Vitamin D & Your Mind: Update!
From the Natural Path Newsletter
by Linda Woolven M.H., R.Ac & Ted Snidera

Recently, in Vol.26, No.2 of The Natural Path, we did a feature article called Vitamin D & Your Mind. We pointed out that science has recently discovered vitamin D receptors in the brain and talked about the latest exciting research on vitamin D and depression.

We should have waited a month because more exciting, new research has just been published on vitamin D and depression.

In a new double-blind study, fifty-six people suffering from mild to moderate depression were given either a placebo or vitamin D for 8 weeks. At the end of the study, the people taking vitamin D had significantly greater improvement in their depression according to the Beck Depression Inventory.
There were no side effects, meaning the vitamin was both safe and effective (BMC Psychiatry. 2022; 22: 694).

A totally different sort of depression study has also just found that postpartum depression is significantly more common in women with a vitamin D deficiency.

This result suggests that supplementing vitamin D may help prevent postpartum depression too (Journal of Affective Disorders. Feb 2023;322:214-20).

“The average citizen remains confused as the health authorities flip flop directions concerning the wearing of masks.”
Post Covid: the war has been won, and like in most wars shots have been fired—in this case at least four billion of them. Victory Day is a day of celebration even though the surroundings may be in ruin from the years of battle; now restrictions have been lifted, leaving one’s home, and going for dinner is now permitted, sporting events and concerts now allow fans to attend in person, air travel is unrestricted and the boarders are open for travel. Everything seems to have returned to normal yet it feels as if mourning a loved one as you move forward, carrying the memories of how things were before the battle started while in the back your mind anticipating it will happen again.

Recently when I was grocery shopping, I saw a young father, with his infant son sitting in the cart, both wearing face masks. No health warnings were in place yet sporadically people were still wearing masks. I noticed that most were either seniors or school aged children while those in-between these ages remained maskless. I used to approach certain people while wearing masks, mainly those struggling or looking fearful and I would ask what they were hoping to accomplish wearing the mask and they all felt it made them feel safe and gave another layer of protection.

An Open Letter About Facial Coverings In Children
Pediatric neurologist and member of the CCCA's Scientific and Medical Advisory Committee Dr Eric Payne, and epidemiologist Dr Paul Alexander have co-authored an open letter which we encourage you to share. The fall/winter surge in childhood respiratory illnesses, particularly Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), is being used to attempt to justify mandates for facial coverings. The doctors explain there is a lack of data to support their use to protect against viral respiratory infections, but much evidence of their harms, particularly to children.

The Psychological Risks of Masking Children
Psychologist Dr Chuck Geddes provides an overview of the impact of facial coverings and lockdowns on children. Measures taken by the government in response to COVID-19 have created a scenario of chronic stress on families. We are learning that this stress has had a negative impact on children's development, mental health, and education. The long-term implications are not known.
For further information on this topic, please see the invitation to the upcoming Citizens' Hearing Round Table event below.

The Impact of Facial Coverings on Infant Development
Dr Keren Epstein Gilboa has a PhD in developmental psychology with related research, publications, academic teaching, and past clinical practice. In her testimony for the Citizens' Hearing she provided insight into the negative impact of facial coverings on mother-infant bonding and infant neurodevelopment. She also discussed the impact of stress, lockdowns and use of facial coverings on children’s social and emotional experiences and development.

Food
Why are food prices continuing to increase?

The four largest food companies control 82 percent of beef packing, 85 percent of soybean processing, 63 percent of pork packing, and 53 percent of chicken processing.

Corporations are raising prices because they can. Not because of a war. Not because of supply chain issues. It’s all politics. They want to starve you into accepting CBDC.
