the magnificent MB Boucher Pave Praying Mantis, with October 1940 advert - as often with the 1940-41 MB series, the 1940 pave pin was followed by a 1941 metallic enamel version, and the design patented then... here are three stunningly beautiful Trifari Philippe 1940 enamelled flowers - big (4 inch) 3 Flower Floral Spray, in purples and yellow; and Carnation pin clips, the large one with a pearl bud (as patented), and the smaller (as in Brunialti), both referring to the same 1939-40 patent, both on site now (with a useful size comparison)...

finest Coro trembler invisibly set bell flowers duette, 1939 patented, as seen in Brunialti, here in wonderful condition... superb Reja Sterling Gardenesque Flower Basket pin, in the Feb 1947 Vogue full page colour advert... 12 years later, Trifari Philippe Etoile, Aurora and Lavarock Crest pin, another full page colour Vogue ad, Feb 1959... superbly designed and made, late 50s Trifari Philippe matching pave and sapphire necklace and bracelet set (also available individually), highest quality of Trifari construction...

stunning sterling pieces from the mid 1940s - Nettie Rosenstein Fob Watch clip, matching star earrings, striking pink topaz and marbled turquoise combinations... magnificent sterling Christmas Reindeer, Monarch of any Glen... Reja Sterling (ID'd from the kite cut stones) Royal Crown pin... and a highly original sinuous pendant necklace and earrings set, pave and emerald fruit salad leaves, from the 1950s...

...and there's still more of course - in our 20 item update tonight
