Honour Mack // MassArt Tower Auditorium

MassArt is pleased to welcome Honour Mack to the Fall 2022 Fine Arts Lecture Series.

Honour Mack resides, teaches and maintains her studio practice in Portland, Maine. Born and raised in central New York, she migrated to the Northeastern Atlantic coast early in her career. The constant changes in seasons and the juxtaposition of land, sea and sky pose important questions in her studio practice.
Honour is currently a Professor and the Program Chair for the Painting Department at Maine College of Art & Design in Portland, Maine. She exhibits her work in New England and in various venues across the United States, including The Center for Maine Contemporary, Colby College, and Pacific Northwest College of Art. Mack has received Fellowships to the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, the Vermont Studio Colony, and Chautauqua Institution. She received her Bachelor degree from Skidmore College, and her Master of Fine Art degree from Yale University School of Art.

Honour Mack joins the 2D and 3D Fine Arts departments, the Graduate Programs, and the MassArt community on Wednesday, December 7 at 12pm EST in Tower Auditorium.
