This webinar will provide a short overview of our review of the laws relating to adult decision-making capacity and the Preliminary Issues Paper (PIP) we have recently published. We will answer some common questions, and provide information about how you can have your say in our current consultation.

The PIP addresses some high-level issues and principles. It asks some questions about what works well and doesn’t work well with the current law, and how it could be improved. We would like to hear from you about your experiences and your thoughts.
