December is a great time to stop and reflect on the past year. For Contigo, we owe it to our clients each year to continually enhance our service. So how did we do, I ask myself.
We're geeks at heart, so we get excited about adding new solutions to our product stack. We always want to stay two steps ahead of the negative trends we all see in the news. This year we added a Penetration Testing solution into our service to help clients with compliance and cyber insurance requirements. This month we're moving to a new Anti-Virus tool recognized as the best on the market.
On the operations side, we segmented our technical teams into two groups to allow for tighter alignment with our clients.
Contigo saw four of our employees celebrate their 5th anniversary. We continue to promote internally and have seen many of our staff pass through the help desk into more advanced roles. And we continue to work in our office, knowing it benefits our service offering.
We will remain true to our commitment to being the most well-regarded IT firm in Central Texas.
