Creating yummy holiday treats can be a terrific tradition. Yet holiday cooking can be a real challenge for families impacted by food allergies. Asthma and Allergy Federation of America: Kids with Food Allergies Division, has a great resource for allergy-friendly resources.

Of course, always talk with your health care provider about the allergens your family needs to avoid, and check packages for ingredients.
