Boise City Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearings


Hybrid Public Hearings: Hearings will be conducted in the Maryanne Jordan City Council Chambers, on the third floor of City Hall at 6pm. Instructions on how to attend and participate virtually can be found online at: www.cityofboise.org/virtual-meetings. If you plan on providing comment, please sign in via Zoom. If you plan on “listening only” select the YouTube link.

At this time there are no Planning and Zoning hearings scheduled for proposed projects within the Collister Neighborhood Association.

 

Boise City Council Public Hearings

The public can participate virtually through Zoom or YouTube.

At this time there are no City Council hearings scheduled for proposed projects within the Collister Neighborhood Association.


Boise City Community Development Tracker 

The city of Boise has released the Community Development Tracker Map tool https://www.cityofboise.org/departments/planning-and-development-services/planning-and-zoning/zoning-code-rewrite/community-development-tracker/. 
The tool makes it easier to understand what developments are happening throughout the city, where they are in the planning process, and how you can be involved. The tool is still in the testing stages and the city is open to any feedback you may have. 


Boise City Zoning Rewrite

The city of Boise has released the latest version of the draft code which can be found on the Zoning Rewrite website. The December Advisory Committee meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 8th from 3pm to 5pm. You can join via the City of Boise's Youtube channel.

Ridge to Rivers Trail Conditions Map

Winter has arrived, please be mindful of trail conditions before heading out by going to the Ridge to Rivers new interactive tool at https://www.ridgetorivers.org/trails/interactive-map/ 

 

ACHD Collister Drive Study Update 

Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 6pm: The ACHD Commissioners meeting will include a presentation of the Collister Drive Study Concept 3. The concept includes bulb outs, multi-use pathways, sidewalks, enhanced pedestrian crossings and narrower vehicle lanes. Please note this project is one of several agenda items and may not be the first item discussed. ACHD staff will make a brief presentation followed by an opportunity for public comment before the Commission acts to adopt or (adopts Concept 3).
