Imports
To avoid delays in obtaining your cargo release please ensure that your invoice is paid and Original Bills of Lading are surrendered to our office no later than 2 working days prior to vessels ETA at the discharge port.
You can track your shipment ETA using your container or booking number from our website
Exports
NZJ and NZ1 services may have schedule delays that are expected to continue through the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Please check our schedules at our website for the latest vessel arrival information.
Please submit your SLI before our cut-off time allowing additional time for public holidays or days where our office hours are shortened i.e. Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
If your shipment is to Japan or China direct discharge ports please allow additional time to meet the requirements of the 24hrs advance manifest requirements.
Our Export Documentation team will follow up with reminders for SLI's that have not been submitted close to the SLI cut-off.
