Our annual EGALapalooza event was held in October this year and featured a performance from our Student Advisory Board Member, Afraz Khan. If you missed the event you can watch his performance of “Colonization of the Mind” on YouTube.

EGAL Student Fellow and Student Advisory Board Chair, Elias Habbar-Baylac, was invited to speak and facilitate sessions at the Global Gender-Smart Investing Summit in London, England this year. In this blog he discusses the experience and shares emerging trends and the state of gender and JEDI-lens investing.

Two of EGAL’s founding Student Advisory Board members, Francesca LeBaron and Bree Jenkins, have returned to Berkeley Haas to teach a new course “Difficult Conversations: Conflict Lab.” Hosted by the Center for Social Sector Leadership, the course prepares students to navigate workplace tensions. Taught for the first time this semester, the course was enthusiastically received by the students.
