Greetings friends,
We made it as far as Jette Hill before we had to stop. Through Polson, every parking lot was a uniform glaze of ice. The roads were slick and travel was slow at best. After consultation with elders from Dayton and Polson, we decided to cancel. We turned around and crawled home, stopping a few times to check on stranded motorists who slid off the road.
It is not an easy decision to cancel worship. We know that there is a mix within the congregation between those who are willing to travel in icy conditions as well as those who safely could manage those conditions. In the end, the decision was made with safety in mind for everyone.
I hope that the news of the cancellation was a relief and not a disappointment. And I hope that your Christmas morning was full of joy and happiness. At our house, we lingered longer in our prayers and we played a few more rounds of family games in the afternoon.

Bible Study each Week at Polson & Dayton
There is no Bible Study this week (Dec 27/28)
The weekly Bible Study led by Pastor Noah is at both churches. The Bible Study at Dayton is on Tuesdays at 10am and at Polson is on Wednesdays at 10am.
The current round of study is focused on the Book of Romans. No need for previous study or any particular expertise, just come to the church and join us as we study God's Word together.
