Happy Holiday Season To All
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I'm taking this opportunity to wish all the members of the Midland Bridge Club and the Full Deck and anyone else who is a subscriber to the Grand Slam News, a very merry, safe, relaxing and joyful holiday season. There will NOT be a game on Monday, December 26. There is an online BBO game scheduled for tomorrow evening and next Wednesday evening, December 28.

Last Wednesday evening, (December 14) was cancelled due to lack of participants. BBO automatically cancels a game with less than 2 tables.
Membership - DON'T FORGET
 Now that the AGM is over and a new fiscal year has begun, memberships are now due at $20 per person. To be a member of the Midland Bridge is relatively inexpensive but helps the board to plan events and pay the bills. Ways to pay for your membership:
1. You can give Gail Chapman your $20 cash in an envelope with your information written on the outside.
2. You can give Gail a cheque for $20 in an envelope with your information written on the outside.
3. BEST OPTION: eTransfer the club $20 to midlandbridge@gmail.com and indicate in the memo your name. Every time an eTransfer is received, an angel gets it wings!! WAIT A MINUTE... sorry, I'm watching TV .. I get an email. I'll personally thank you for your membership, letting you know that it was received.
