Dakshini proudly donated an amount of $945.00 to Forgotten Children Inc, and handed over the check to Tera Hillard, President, FCI, on December 17th at the city of Lynnwood.
While during this season of harvest and abundance, people look forward to celebrate holidays, Dakshini Milestone leaders called upon its members on November 20,2022 to participate in a 2.5 mile ‘Run-a Thon/Walk-a-Thon’ to benefit a population devastatingly unfortunate—the children who fall prey to the heinous crime of human trafficking.
Dakshini partnered with the Long Beach Running Club under the expert guidance of Gus Esparza, and made this endeavor a huge success. In addition, Nektar Juice Bar and Santa Ana Magic Smile supported this event pledging to donate a part of the proceeds to this charity—Forgotten Children Inc.
People of all ages walked/ran the 2 mile course along the Long Beach Marina area, thereby contributing to the greater community and beyond.
