Happy Holidays! In the spirit of the holiday season, we wanted to share with you two of our favorite recipes that are totally lactose-free and perfect for this time of year, along with a Holiday giveaway that all the baking and dairy lovers in your life are sure to enjoy. 
LATKES WITH CINNAMON APPLE SOUR CREAM

First up, we have a delicious latke recipe that is guaranteed to be a hit at your holiday gatherings and at home all week long. These fried potato pancakes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Can't decide between apple sauce or sour cream? No need to choose. We make ours with Cinnamon-Apple Sour Cream, and it is truly special.You can find the recipe here.
WHIPPED SHORTBREAD COOKIES 

Next up, we have a recipe for whipped shortbread cookies. They are everything you love about shortbread, but a little thicker and a little lighter. They have all the buttery taste and none of the lactose and the perfect amount of sweetness from the crystallized sugar. We love ours with raspberry jam on top, but the customization options are endless.  Get the recipe here.
