Sparking scientific discoveries — Women represent 51% of the US population, yet only make up less than a third of the STEM+ workforce nationwide. Through Play Like a Girl programs, we’re building a diverse pipeline in STEM+, igniting new revelations and breakthroughs.

Providing a place to belong — There is an undeniable correlation between playing team sports and business success. Play Like a Girl’s free (yep, free!) programs connect middle school girls with women role models and mentors — building confidence, offering inspiration, and providing a sense of belonging.
