Donations Needed for
Christmas Eve Luminarias
for Old Town Plaza

This is a fundraiser to pay for the 1,000 Luminarias that will decorate the Old Town Albuquerque Plaza on Christmas Eve.

Calling all merchants, residents, property owners, and anyone who appreciates the beautiful display!

100% of the funds will be going to pay for the group that is going to deliver, set-up, light, and clean-up of the luminaries the next day.

History: Who has done the luminarias in the past? For the last few years, it has been managed by a gentleman at San Felipe de Neri church. In the past, he had kids from the San Felipe de Neri school help him put out the luminarias, but fewer and fewer kids have been helping and he was unable to do the work this year as it's so much work for one person. Additionally, the luminarias from the holiday stroll that are normally used, were damaged and/or stolen from where they were stored near the school. All that to say, we need a new solution for this year.
