My bank sent this note to me!

I don’t endorse to our Faith family many things, but here is my first endorsement ever:  Lutheran Federal Credit Union.

I love my Lutheran Credit union. If you have ever thought about making a change, I give LCFU a TWO thumbs up.

They are great to work with.  They are a credit union, which means they have "live" local banking wherever you live.  They are mostly an online institution, which means your smart phone, your iPad, tablet, computer, and, oh, of course, your phone which doesn't take ten minutes of promptings to actually talk to a real person. Check out OUR Lutheran Federal Credit Union, a bank with a mission.

As the credit union of The LCMS, LutheranFCU offers everyday banking and lending needs to the people and organizations of the LCMS community. Started and supported by the LCMS, we are proud to have a growing membership that chooses LutheranFCU as their day-to-day financial partner. Connected to more than 30,000 network ATMs and 5,000 network branches, LutheranFCU serves members in all 50 states, which means YOU!  LutheranFCU.  Good for you.  Good for the Church.

By the way, I get nice notes like this all the time from my credit union. Do you?

Pastor Carl
The offices will be closed Dec. 230, and Jan. 2, in celebration of the New Year.
Thank you to every one who helped contribute through our Reverse Advent Calendar Food Donation. All of your donations will be going to our families in their January bags. We appreciate your continued support for this ministry because we could not do it without your help.

BECAUSE OF YOU: our Faith family, community partners, Porch, and our many friends of the Pantry, we donated 1,914 bags of groceries to help the families in our community in 2022. This is an amazing (88%!) increase from last year. In 2021 we donated 1018 bags.  We could not do this without everyone's help and support and are so thankful to everyone. The need remains great in our community and we will continue our support. Thank you and we hope everyone has a safe, happy and healthy New Year.

Your Pantry Team,
Sybil, Jan, and Mitzi
Share the joy of Christmas cards!

Remember the smile that came to your face and the joy in your heart as you opened each Christmas cards you received?  Would you like to share that with others?  Please recycle your Christmas cards (minus envelopes and enclosures) by dropping them off in the box under the mailboxes!  Dorothy Jegen will recycle them into cards to be sent to our troops or other groups who could use a lifting of the spirits this season.
Giving envelopes for the new year are available on tables in the narthex (lobby of the church).  Please pick up yours!
