NEW DISTANCES: This year, we will offer a 1km course and a 2.5km course! These distances are great for all activity levels while offering a new challenge! The 2.5km course will be great practice for those aiming to run the 5km Women’s Run in the future!
WHEN: Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM and Sunday, May 28 from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
WHO: Self-Identified girls, 5-12 year olds

FRIDAY NIGHT MEET AND GREET:
Come out Friday, May 26, to meet the REAL Roles Models, listen to an inspiring panel, get autographs and meet new friends! The ticket includes a poster for autographs, snacks, and F&F stickers. Spots are limited, so grab your ticket for the Friday Night Meet and Greet TODAY! Ages 5-17 welcome!

ADD-ON PROGRAM:
We know that an existing barrier to allowing women to be physically active is childcare. So to ensure that all parents and guardians can participate in the Women’s Run and have their loved ones participate in the Girls’ Run without the fear of supervision or juggling schedules, we are launching an ADD-ON program following the Girls’ Run! This ADD-ON will include further connections with the REAL Role models and activities such as crafts and movement. So parents and guardians can go out and enjoy the run/walk, and we’ll be at the finish line cheering you on! Lunch is provided.
Cost:
- Saturday, May 27, 2023: Directly following the Girls' Run (9:30 am-12:30 pm) (25 tickets available) - $35 (Lunch included)
- Sunday, May 28, 2023: Directly Following the Girls' Run (10:00 am - 12:30 pm) (25 tickets available) - $35 (Lunch included)
Spots are limited to 25 participants per day! Please note that you will be able to pick up your loved one anytime between the time blocks listed above. If you require this ADD-ON program day-of and have not purchased the ticket, the cost will be $35 on-site and based on available spaces.
LEADERS IN TRAINING (LIT) :
Calling all self-identified girls aged 13-17! We are offering a new opportunity to learn and practice leadership skills by supporting the younger girls and getting mentored by the REAL Role Models! Join our youth network, meet new friends and gain new skills you will use for life! LITs will receive Fast and Female swag, and additional information about the Fast and Female Youth Network and Youth Advisory Council.
Fast and Female will sign for Community Involvement/Volunteer Hours as requested.
