It’s my honor to wrap up my first year as Executive Director and seventh year working at the Autism Society of Texas!
It’s a privilege to be part of an amazing team who strive to create a world where everyone in the Autism community is connected to the support they need, when they need it.
While you may not need our help, we are here if you do, just as we are here for the hundreds of families and Autistic adults that contact us for help annually.
We provided direct support to nearly 15,000 individuals in need this year through our programs, events, and services. Now we are asking for your help.
The Autism Society of Texas has provided support to the Texas Autism community for 32 years. Help us continue making connections in our community for many more years to come by making a donation today.
Continue to provide caring, thoughtful individualized support through our Navigating Autism program
Continue our fight for the Autism community at local, state, & federal levels
Create more Connection Groups to help beat social isolation for Autistic kids, teens, & adults
Continue to provide education and training to teach employers, organizations, & community members to be more inclusive, welcoming, & to value differences
This year, we’ve undergone huge expansion into new areas and have Connection Groups in multiple regions and cities across Texas! We directly supported Autistic adults and families through our Navigating Autism program in 105 Texas counties. We created multiple avenues of support for Spanish-speakers impacted by Autism. Our team strives to uphold our mission through their dedication and passion.
We create connections, empowering everyone in the Autism community with the resources needed to live fully.
