The GHRSST23 meeting was held from 27 June to 1 July 2022 and it was organised with the support of the EUMETSAT team and hosted by BEC/ ICM-CSIC in Barcelona (ES) in person and online.

The proceedings book contains the following sections:

The main part of the report is dedicated to the Agencies discussions, outcomes of the in-person collaborative workshops, outcomes of the panel discussions, and the GHRSST task teams' progress reports.
The Appendix 1 is dedicated to the Science Sessions, with extended abstracts and links to presentations and recordings of talks and posters.
