Happy Holidays from the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Permitting and Compliance team!

The entire team extends our warmest wishes for the holidays to you and yours. We are looking forward to great progress improving and enhancing Lake Tahoe's environment and communities in 2023 and the years ahead.

Holiday Hours

In observance of the holidays, the agency office will be closed Friday, December 23, 2022 through Monday, January 2, 2023. The office reopens for normal hours Tuesday, January 3 in a brand new year!

Tahoe Regional Planning Agency permitting services will continue to be available via phone, email, and appointments. The lobby reception area at our office in Stateline, Nev. is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday for in-person appointments, meetings, and information on application processes.

The team is on track to set another record for permit applications in 2022. Planner services are continually improving to ensure our customers receive helpful, personal, and timely service.
