Fora Community — you made a difference this year.

Your support in 2022 helped Fora invest in incredible young leaders, advance gender equity, and reimagine who’s included at the decision-making table. 

This year wasn’t easy. We continued to see young women, and everyone experiencing gender-based barriers, be disproportionately impacted by steep job losses and inflation, bear the brunt of unpaid care work, and be left out of decision-making processes (especially young leaders with intersecting identities, including those who are racialized, Indigenous, members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and those experiencing disability).  

This is precisely why your support mattered so much in 2022. And why action towards gender equity, representation, and inclusion of our program participants’ voices, ideas, and experiences are more important than ever. 

Together, we’re helping young leaders in Canada and around the world fully participate in decision-making that affects them. We couldn’t do it without you.

Thank you for your support of Elevate by Fora, and for helping young women and people marginalized by their gender navigate a pathway to leadership in corporate spaces. 
I hope you’ll take a moment to watch this short video from the Fora team, as we reflect on what we accomplished together in 2022 and look ahead to the exciting opportunities 2023 will bring.
