JANUARY VENDOR UPDATES
Hello Friend-ors! Happy Thursday! Just a few updates and reminders.

THIS SUNDAY
January RENT is being collected this Sunday. There are (4) weeks in January that we will be opened. Please have your payments ready.
For those of you who pay by credit card, we will process your payment on 12/30. Please make sure to get a form from Amy if you would like to pay this way. We can email the form as well!

We are closed December 25 and January 1. Take this time to stock up on inventory. Work on new signage (let me know if you need help). Develop new product ideas (based on approval from Market Committee).
Redesign your displays. And rest up for a busy season ahead! 

INSURANCE
Please make sure Amy has received your updated COI, she has emailed everyone who needs updating. This needs to be completed by the end of January to ensure participation in the market for February and the remainder of the year. 

KIDS MARKET
Since we have had such a great response with the kiddos, starting in January we will offer twice a month. 

EXTENDED HOURS
It has been voted on by your peers and the Market Committee that starting January 6 we will be closing at 2pm. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY TILL THE MARKET CLOSES. This will be in effect until the end of March then we will return to closing at 1pm April-September. (Subject to vendor and customer feedback). Then in October 2023 we will stay open till 2pm-March. 

REMINDERS
YET ANOTHER PARKING REMINDER it is REQUIRED that you park in vendor parking. Stop taking parking away from your potential customers. Its pretty obvious which cars belong to vendors because you back into spots. We have started enforcing our parking policy and a few of you have already been penalized. Follow the Rules….. please!

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
PRICING AND SIGNAGE As a reminder it is required that each vendor has signage and pricing displayed for customers. We have received several complaints.
If you need help designing and printing signage, we are happy to assist.

PAYMENT TYPES We have received some complaints that there are several vendors that do not accept credit cards. And many of you have lost sales as a result. Accepting credit cards not only increases customer buying power but allows you to avoid the situation of being put in a position where you have to accept less for your goods. Give it some thought. If you need assistance, please let us know. We can help get you started, and increase your sales! 

NEW YEAR, NEW FUN! 
We are working on new weekly "activities" Jan-March 9-10am. Music will start playing at 10am and run until 2pm. We are also planning our 2023 special events calendar, let us know if you have any ideas! 

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! 
We are happy to announce the winner of the most "Cheerful Holiday Market" vendor which goes tooooooo...... THE HAPPY GOAT SOAPERY! They brought the festive fun, adding holiday gift wrapping options for their customers, as well as having "Santa's little brother" on site! Thank you to all who participated in the fun, it was a festive, and successful day!
