Project + Community Feedback Open Houses

Share Input toward Summer 2023 Outdoor Improvement Projects

This summer, our co-op is investing in outdoor amenities; your survey responses helped determine which projects are underway -- such as adding a bike park playground -- and, now, voice what features you want in these projects!

Attend the Open House Events:

  • Friday, January 13 (5:30-7:30 pm)
  • Thursday, January 19 (5:30-7:30 pm)
Discuss, deliberate, and decide the plans to enhance our final projects, to be built and enjoyed this summer, by attending our upcoming open house events.

Operations

Laundry Machines

Please do not overload the laundry machines -- it ruins the machine, poses a fire hazard, and it doesn't provide a satisfactory wash/dry cycle for you.

Office Closed: Jan. 16

CTC's office will be closed on Monday, January 16, in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Please call 651-646-7526 for any maintenance emergencies.

Home Heat + Humidity

Review our Heating Guidelines for important reminders - plus continue to close windows, monitor humidity, and remove excess humidity.

Winter Responsibilities

Review your seasonal co-op duties, including shoveling, parking lot reminders, snow emergencies, and extended travel checklist. We'll make it through, together!

Laundry Room Cleaning

Coming Soon: A new and improved 'Universal Cleaning Hub' for co-op members to easily find and manage assignments, reminders, and more!

Pest Control Services

Take preventive measures and report any issues/traces of pests (mice, ants, bees, bedbugs, etc.) for included, specialized services. More on co-op pesticide use.

Clutter + Debris Policy

All residents must keep their yard/gardens (and hall/stairwell for 1-bdrms) clear and clean year-round to avoid any associated fees. Expand requirements.

Housing Policy Reminders

Review procedure for Household Changes (add/remove leasees, roommate changes, subleases). A 60-day notice is required for move-out (form on RentCafe).

Pay Online for Free

No ACH transaction fee to send online payments from your bank account (checkings or savings) via your RentCafe. More on RENTCafe services + login.

Mail Misdeliveries

View tips to returning or finding misdelivered mail in the community, as well as full USPS + delivery information, on our Postal Service webpage.
