Few things bring people together more simply and more powerfully than food. For over 35 years, IATP has brought together policy experts, farmers and other allies — united by a shared passion to make our food systems more just and resilient. With your continued generosity, we will continue this fight!

Now more than ever, we need to understand the root causes of the interrelated crises our world is facing. We must shape policy to make food, farm and trade systems work better for all people and the environment.

Our IATP Board of Directors share why IATP’s work matters in 2023:

“The big existential threats that we’re facing as a world right now — climate change, food crises, energy crisis, how are we going to power our world, and how do we do sustainably? These are the questions that IATP is answering.” — Marie Clarke

“IATP is one of the few organizations that recognized early on that the climate issue can’t be addressed without addressing a major polluting factor: agriculture… IATP is pointing the way to what policies we need to have in place and who we need to push to make the world a safer place.” — Pat Mooney

IATP has been ahead of the curve since our founding, connecting the dots between policies and their impacts on people’s lives and the environment.

In 2023, there’s a place for you at the IATP table. Join us as we continue the fight to make our food, farm and trade systems work better for all people and our planet.
