His Holiness believes it is very important to give a teaching and a blessing of peace to help rebalance the disturbed energies of the universe. His Holiness will give the teaching of Self Awareness blessing from the ancient Bön tradition as suited for a modern audience. Geshe Chongtul Rinpoche will interpret the teaching live from Tibetan into English.
