Love is in the air! Dan McFarlane and I got married in November and have been enjoying life as newlyweds. Marriage is the ultimate partnership of life, purpose, dreams, and goals. I’m happy to also share that Dan has joined Nerdy Diva as an ESG Strategist Advisor to support our growth and scale related to our impact on the environment, social issues, and governance. This work will also include the formation of a DEI mission statement, standard inclusive interviewing practices as we continue to grow our team, sustainable business practices and more. We’re excited for Dan to join the Nerdy Diva team!
So proud of our success in 2022, from being featured in the NY Times and Good Morning America, to hosting an inaugural cohort of summer interns, to getting our trademark, and growing our clients and partners. We’re going to continue to share information about inclusive design and research, getting started in UX and tech careers, salary negotiations, and more with the community.
