I contributed a Primitive Isolation Tactics track to the latest annual Zbigniew Karkowski tribute compilation curated by Skinwalker Recordings. I tried to channel ZK as best I could through my simple means: three contact mics, two overdrive pedals and a mixer. The title I chose is in reference to ZK's last live performance, debuting his new score for the BBC's 1954 adaptation of George Orwell's "1984 - The Last Man in Europe" six weeks before he died at age 55. The track can be streamed at the Skinwalker Recordings Bandcamp alongside the rest of the lineup: Treriksroset, The Rita, K.M. Toepfer, SR71 (Scott Arford and Ryan Jencks) and Taskmaster. All proceeds from digital sales will go towards a physical edition on CD, out in time for the 10th anniversary of ZK's passing in 2023. RIP ZK 3.14.58 - 12.12.13.

Here is a link to an interview with Matriarch which mentions the CD on Absurd Exposition that is forthcoming at some point in 2023.

And a note for those in need: S&W will be stocking a few of the limited edition copies of the latest Worth tape on Hospital Productions, but not the standard edition which sold out from the label very quickly.
