2022 HAS BEEN A BLESSED RECORD YEAR FOR PEOPLE COMING TO KNOW JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR IN MANY NATIONS.

Your prayers and support for the BIBLES FOR ASIA ministries are a blessing to thousands. God heard your prayers to resolve false charges from a student we dismissed because of his refusal to obey the laws in Thailand and the BFA and GRN policies in Vietnam and in Thailand the past months. This person caused strife and division, left the school, not attending the final two weeks of school, them filed false charges with the authorities that began an investigation as to our Vietnam School activities.

Yesterday morning we were told that the authorities dropped the investigation after gathering evidence there was no wrong and seeing his refusal to follow school agreements he signed with BFA and our staff and from Global Recordings Network.

The Global Recording Training school ended with positive accomplishments by all others attending and was a blessing to all. The past two months completed their courses in Audio-Video production for Bible teaching into tribal and national languages. We have ten plus years work ahead in one nation.

We Praise the Lord! God's disarming power over this potentially devastating situation prevailed.

Please pray for the students who are working on assignments in seven provinces to begin the audio production steps.

Pray for our new managers, David the translator who will oversee our recording teams activities and Pastors David who will be overseeing our evangelism and gospel listening groups in Vietnam.

A congratulations to our Vietnam director, Timothy who became engaged to a Wycliff-SIL translator who served with BFA and will be married this spring. (Story to follow in February BFA News)

Praise the Lord for our Youth Ministry leader (Mrs L) who decided she will not retire. She agreed to work until God takes her home to heaven as a developer with her team of writers for our puppet and Bible teaching ministry, developing materials-stories and training of teachers in the village churches throughout the nation. (Another Story and testimony to be share inn February News from BIBLES FOR ASIA).

It was a most blessed mission trip.

DON FUELLING, founder of BIBLES FOR ASIA, who just returned from two months in Vietnam & Thailand was our Speaker. He told us how amazingly effective it has been when people can hear the gospel stories in their own language or dialect, from Creation through the Resurrection of Christ and the coming of the Holy Spirit, spoken to them through an inexpensive Audio Player in their little village hut. No internet or cell towers needed! Those evangelists doing the outreach simply ask if the family could help them by listening to see if it has the correct words or language and if they understand it?

After hearing, most want to listen again, then are encouraged to invite friends and neighbors to listen, also. When the Animistic tribal people hear that Jesus is more powerful than any of the spirits they have been trying to appease through sacrifices, and that He paid for their sins, the majority repent of their sins, burn their idols, and get baptized. It’s absolutely amazing how effective this has been! Don said that during the Covid lockdowns in the tribal villages, when the villagers were not able to get out, we brought food, printed gospel materials and the audio players. We had a 500% increase in the number turning to Christ in just the last year! To God be the glory, Great things He has done!
