Data request reminder

Operators are reminded to respond to Commission requests for data. These requests will be made in different formats and will range from an informal request to a ‘must do’ request. It is important that the requested data is received on time and is complete.

There have been occasions when businesses have failed to provide data required as part of the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice or the Gambling Act 2005.

Any operator unsure of what information is required and how it should be submitted should contact the sender for clarification.
