Hi! We've got a special treat for you this week, you can take it as a little present for the incoming festive season:

we're sharing today the first episode of “Uncharted Europe”, our new podcast series. Starting from January 11, we'll explore every week some of the issues that matter the most to European citizens – civil rights, health care, housing, pollution, and much more – through the words of some EDJNet's journalists who worked on them.

"Episode #0 - Meeting EDJNet" is a bit different, as it presents some key elements about our network, our approach to data-driven and collaborative journalism, and some of the challenges we're dealing with.

Hope you enjoy the podcast – and spend a wonderful festive season.

Episode 0 of Uncharted Europe includes contributions from: Lorenzo Ferrari, head of data team at OBC Transeuropa in 🇮🇹 Italy and editorial coordinator of EDJNet, Gian-Paolo Accardo, co-founder and executive editor at Voxeurop, Catherine André, deputy editor-in-chief at Alternatives Economiques in 🇫🇷 France, Adrian Mihaltianu, editorial director at PressOne in 🇷🇴 Romania, Teodora Ćurčić, investigative reporter at CINS in 🇷🇸 Serbia, and György Folk, co-founder at EUrologus in 🇭🇺 Hungary.
