Framework for 2023

National Women’s Sailing Conference at the Sail Newport, Saturday June 3, 2023 from 8 am – 5 pm. The event welcomes women sailors of all levels and ages to workshops including the popular Take the Helm track — an introduction to sailing for women. The event at Sail Newport Marine Education and Recreation Center, a stone's throw away from the historic mansions, the Sailing Museum, charming Thames Street shopping and the scenic Cliff Walk..

Creating outstanding opportunities for women sailors to meet in person, or participate online, to learn sailing skills and gain seamanship knowledge is both complicated and expensive. Doing so in a new venue, in a new part of the country adds to the already intricate project. Please consider a $250 sponsorship or smaller donation to help us replenish the coffers for 2023, or make a donation directly to AdventureSail®, the Sue Corl Youth Sailing Scholarship or the Women’s Sailing Foundation using the buttons at the bottom of the newsletter.

The National Women’s Sailing Conference website (nwsa.quvent.com) opens February 1, 2023. NWSA Member registration will open April 1. Non-member registration will open April 16. A 10% discount will be available for NWSA members and groups of six or more attending together.
