Pastor’s Note
Happy New Year! As we begin this new year we do not know what lies ahead. We do not know what trials we will face this year or what triumphs, but this one thing we can all be assured of: we know the One who does. This knowledge and faith should hold us fast and help us look forward with expectant gazes as we look to see how God will work through all that lies ahead. This encourages us and helps us to take each day as it comes and face tomorrow with great hope and less fear. May this year be a year claimed for God, to display His glory in all that life brings us. I pray that the Lord will bless and keep every one of you and that He shines through you for all to see. Let us commit to spend more time with Him this year in reading His Word, in seeking Him through prayer, and joining together as the body of Christ to worship Him each week. Let us begin this year focused on Him.
