The Baltimore City Continuum of Care (CoC) has a bold vision and ambitious Action Plan for making homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring in Baltimore City. The CoC serves people who are currently experiencing or have recently experienced homelessness, and other organizations and individuals interested in ending homelessness in Baltimore City. 

Recently, the CoC has begun the process of refreshing their Action Plan and assessing what is needed to effectively and efficiently carry out its vital mission. As part of this process, we are seeking input from our community and stakeholders. We would greatly value your input in this planning process. 

We are asking that you participate in a brief survey that you can access by clicking HERE. Please complete this survey by January 25.  Your opinions and feedback will be anonymous.  They will be received by our planning partners, Due East, and shared as a summary.
