UPF lays the first stone of the Mercat del Peix research complex

The UPF coordinates a new Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Artificial Intelligence that will be launched in 2023-2024

The new international postgraduate programme funded by the European Commission is the first of this kind to be coordinated by UPF. It is offered jointly with the University of Rome Sapienza (Italy), Radboud University (Netherlands), and the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia).

UPF students of Medicine get the best results in the State in the MIR exams to become a resident physician

According to data from the Spanish Ministry of Health, almost 59% of students on the bachelor’s degree in Medicine are among the group with the best marks for the MIR exams. This will enable them to more easily access their medical speciality and destination of preference.

UPF lays the first stone of the Mercat del Peix research complex

Ten institutions sign the institutional protocol to promote the Ciutadella of Knowledge strategy, which includes the Mercat del Peix project. This new research complex will host more than 1,200 researchers and will be fully operational by 2026. Planetary wellbeing is the central thread of the new research pole to combat climate, human and social emergencies.
