Below is a link to a survey regarding the drop-in services that will occur at War Memorial on 1/16-1/20. We are looking for services providers to provide services for people experiencing homelessness.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided as well as coffee, water and snacks through out the week. I know that there are a number of individuals along MLK that we are encouraging to go to the drop-in center. Many do not have Coordinated Access assessments and at a minimum, could we coordinate and make sure we have housing navigators on site during that week. If that can be arranged, please fill out the form so that it gets populated on our provider list.
