South Lake Tahoe, Calif. – The Loft Theatre-Lounge-Dining in the Heavenly Village is pleased to announce the Silt Wine Company Winemaker Dinner on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Each of the five prix fixe courses will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Silt Wine Company, grown at their home estate located in Clarksburg, California.

The menu has been designed by The Loft’s very own Certified Sommelier and Culinary Expert, Frank Trotta, and carefully curated to enhance the tasting experience. “Silt Wine Company has a collection with the highest character and excellence in every varietal and our menu is going to provide a true culinary experience”, says Trotta.

Silt Wine Company was developed by twin brothers, Phil and David Ogilvie, who are 4th generation vineyard farmers in Clarksburg along the Sacramento River. Together, they farm 1500 acres of vineyards and are the source of award-winning wines sold throughout the world. “Our mission at Silt Wine Company is to help you enjoy Clarksburg as much as we do,” says Phil Ogilvie, “And, I am excited to share our family heritage, the story of Clarksburg, and honored to experience of our wines paired by such a respectable Chef & Sommelier.”
