Redblacks Youth Mentorship Program
A free opportunity to bond with a pro athlete through the Ottawa Redblacks and Youth Mentorship Program (for youth ages 14-18). Receive one-on-one individual mentoring by dedicated athletes, focusing on building supportive relationships between athletes and high school youth. SWAG (Students Will All Graduate)
SWAG (Students Will All Graduate) is offered by a team of Youth Workers, Ontario Certified Teachers and Volunteers 4 days a week throughout the school year and summer. Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions

A six week workshop for anyone with a chronic health condition as well as their family members and/or caregivers. This could include diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, lung disease, and other chronic health issues. Women in the Wild

The Virtual BIPOC Peer-Support Self-care Oasis group is a Peer Support Group for 18+ women and femme identifying as BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Colour) living with mental health challenges and looking for a place to share and discuss experiences, explore new tools together in a safe environment as a way of empowering and supporting each other. SMART Recovery

Offered with the Mental Health and Addictions Services of Ottawa (MHASO), the SMART Recovery 4-Point Program helps people recover from all types of addiction and addictive behaviors, including: drug abuse, drug addiction, substance abuse, alcohol abuse, gambling addiction, cocaine addiction, prescription drug abuse, sexual addiction, and problem addiction to other substances and activities.
