In this time of resolutions and renewed courage, we hand the microphone over to Stephanie Ogilvie Seagle, our Communications Director who first worked with the Lab in 2019 as a community college staffer in Virginia. She writes about the importance of storytelling to lead change ... and how she involved her entire campus in the design journey.
