If you are interested in receiving sustainability funds for your Farm to ECE activities, there are two steps to the application process.
Complete the online application linked here.
This application will ask for information on what you would like to use the sustainability funds for. Please be as specific as possible.
Complete the Farm to ECE Self Assessment on Go NAPSACC.
This is the same self-assessment that you completed during the learning collaborative. We need an updated self-assessment for each program that applies for sustainability funds.
