Well, we’re off… the New Year has started and we’re entering this year from Day 1 with the kind of expectation that is going to make this our “best year” – YET!
TODAY, I encourage you to resolve to no longer allow yourself excuses or exemptions when challenging yourself to grow deep and go deep in God this year. Which is why, I want to encourage you to fully seize these upcoming events:
· 2023 CONSECRATION – Our annual time of prayer and fasting is a specific time to launch us into the year with greater communion in God and clarity in God. It will be (weekdays); starting January 9th – 13th, 16th – 20th . We’re doing a liquid fast the 1st week and modify fasting the next.
· CORPORATE PRAYER – During our consecration we’re coming together to pray together; maximize our faith and expectation for God’s best for our ministry and every member in DLC. On Saturdays; January 14th & 21st at 9am … at DLC! Everybody Praying – Everybody Winning!
· BIBLE STUDY – We’re starting our first 6-wk series on Wednesday, January 11th from 7pm – 8pm. Join us as we dig into His promises, have our souls refreshed, minds renewed, and lives changed.
· DLC’s MINISTERIAL TRAINING – Calling all those who sense and believe that they have a call to teach and/or preach. Our info session will be held this Sunday, January 8th after service in Meeting Room A. With this year long training that takes place twice a month (once in person & once via zoom) beginning Saturday, February 4th.
· EXPERIENCING GOD STUDY GROUP – We’re excited to offer this Sunday morning group study that will cover all the essentials for building a strong, vibrant & daily walk with God. It’s a 15-wk class— divided into 2 sessions. It’s sure to be life changing & life growing. To learn more and register, click here.
· TRAINING DAY – Ministry is easier…ministry is exciting…and ministry is more fun as we continue to develop our skills and teams for maximum kingdom service. PK and I are asking ALL leaders, teams, and volunteers to join us on Saturday, January 28th for our kick-off training from 9:15am - 11:30am. Even if you’re not currently serving on a team but interested in serving, you’re invited!

WHEW (😂)! As you can see, we’re taking off in 2023 from Day 1. Because this is the year for YOU (us) to be stretched and challenged to our next level of fruitfulness, joyfulness and success in God’s plan for our lives.
