Hi <<First Name>>,
Josh here from SmartSocial.com.

A challenge to make yourself pass out or blackout isn't necessarily new, but filming yourself and sharing the experience on social media has contributed to more students suffering extreme consequences of the challenge.

In today’s resource, parents and educators will learn what the TikTok Blackout Challenge is and how parents and educators can talk with students about this, and other dangerous social media challenges.

Even though TikTok says they are not allowing the hashtag for this challenge to show, students see the videos in other ways and may still be talking about it with their friends. Don’t stop talking about these dangerous social media challenges, even if your students say they haven’t seen them.
