Writing and Art Contest Opens Jan. 23

The annual Our Own Expressions Art and Writing contest will start Jan. 23! Teens in grades 7-12 who live or go to school in Pierce County are invited to submit their art, photography, poetry and short stories for a chance to win prizes and get published.
