2023 Board Meetings
The Next Board Meeting is Jan 12 at 7pm in the Dance Barn. Board Meetings will now be held in person in the Dance Barn on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.
Members who watch the meeting online will not have the opportunity to comment.

Update on Transfer Fee Refund Program
In the first round of the transfer fee refund program, 1,231 applications were received, representing 70% of the total number of property transactions that were eligible
for the refund. Not all the applications included the required information, however, so there are still residents who have not received a refund. If you applied for but have not yet received a refund, please contact the SVCA accounting department at 360-746-8435 x243,or email acctclerk@suddenvalley.com.
