We had our Vanguard Alumni Association rebuilding committee kickoff meeting on Wednesday this week. Thank you to those that have signed up and attended.
I'm attaching our meeting notes below [0] for anyone that wants to peruse them. We want to be as transparent as we can about what we're working on.
In short:
- We're planning to raise $250,000.
- We're planning to dive deep into alumni engagement and communication.
If you want to get involved, we will be meeting virtually on Wednesdays at 4PM PT, starting next week. Please sign up using the link below [1].
Remember that there is also a Q&A session with VMAPA leadership next Tuesday, Jan 10, at 4PM PT. I'll include the event links below [2][3]. We will be joined by Jeremy Van Wert (VMAPA ED), Jennifer Bauman (VMAPA CFO), and Nick Shilling (VMAPA BOD).
Thank you for your support. It's been daunting and scary to take these things on, but I know we have a wealth of experience in the alumni association to help us figure it all out.
