Priority Pipeline Action!

Help stop the Eversource pipeline proposed for Springfield/Longmeadow

Send a comment to the Environmental Facilities Siting Board (EFSB)

Eversource wants to build a new meter station in Longmeadow, new pipeline beneath the streets of Longmeadow into Springfield and an upgraded meter station going through Environmental Justice communities and downtown Springfield. The EFSB held only one (virtual) public comment hearing, in the midst of the holiday season. Despite public outcry the EFSB refused to hold in-person hearings in Springfield and Longmeadow.

Flood the EFSB with written comments by 5pm on January 17th!

Campaign Launch: Mass Power FORWARD to 2023!

We made so much progress in 2022, and now we start a new year with a new legislature and a new Governor. We spent the last 4 months as a coalition reflecting and building consensus around our new priorities.

Join us as we celebrate and share our new priorities! We will also take action during this hour on urgent frontline efforts. All members of all organizations are welcome to join, learn and take action!

Rebates for heat pumps!

The High Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Act is the official name of the IRA’s heat pump incentive program. It offers point-of-sale rebates on any heat pump for home heating and cooling up to $8,000. “Point-of-sale” means the rebate amount is automatically deducted from the price at the time of sale – no need to send in for a refund. The rebates are available for low- and moderate-income households. The amount of each rebate depends on your household income and the heat pump you choose.
