Customized solution for packaging boxes twice

On request, we have developed a packaging solution to provide extraordinarily strong packaging to keep sealing even during rough conditions. Each box is packed into two tubular films within each other. Each film tube is sealed separately on both ends. It is suitable for packaging valuable products particularly sensitive to moisture and dirt, especially if the products are exposed to rough handling on the way to customers.

Replaces heat shrink packaging

Due to the demand for higher packaging capacity and improved packaging, TenCate has installed a RoRo StretchPack® packaging solution to replace a heat shrink packaging line. Plant manager Christophe Dupont says, ”our packaging capacity has increased, and now we can pack more varieties sizes of our rolls”.

Preventive maintenance is essential, to keep optimal packaging production without production stops. With a service agreement on your RoRo StretchPack®, we will make regular visits to inspect and service your RoRo StretchPack® machine to maintain the packaging quality and keep a high visual appearance and uniformity.
