From The Regnum Christi Prayer Book for Lay Members: The spiritual exercises are an annual opportunity Regnum Christi offers us to leave the world for three or eight days and give ourselves fully to the company of the Lord. They represent a stop on the journey to attend to the One Who walks with us, to listen to him, to discern his will, to be reconciled in his sight, and to revive the fire of his love that impels us to give ourselves to others.

Come and have time off to re-energize and connect with other young adults at the Legionaries of Christ home in Rye, NY. The retreat will be led by Fr. Jorge Obregon, LC.

In this series of mornings of reflection for both men and for women, the Legionary fathers will focus on the seven longings of the human heart. These are the things that each one of us is looking for whenever we do anything virtuous and even when we sin. These desires are pathways that lead us to God or away from God.
