We would like to share with you the current status of your BD activities recorded on Salesforce so far. For your ease of reference, please note that:
- Opportunities must be created from 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2022.
- Criteria 1: Total No of Opp is the number of opportunities in which you are a team member.
- Criteria 2: No of Referral Opp is the number of opportunities which you are set as a Referrer in the Team Role section. If you have an Opp that meets Criteria 2, such Opp will also be counted in Criteria 1.
- Auto-withdrawn or duplicated opportunities are not counted.
- Your BD goal will automatically be prorated if:
- You are promoted or join in the middle of the year; or
- You take maternity leave during the year.
